I'm not sure who I am, anymore. I know I love God, and without Him, I'd be nothing. I know most days, my spoons are thrown on the floor, far away from me. Here there be dragons, of the OUAT and Doctor Who variety, intermingled with spatterings of Brazilian Portuguese and other fandoms.

Gabby’s Playhouse (Comics)

Love this, except you should never stop talking about sexism until it’s actually gone. Fuck the patriarchy! 

I really like this comic (the art especially is great) but the only way we move forward in comics about sexism is to keep making them! Don’t give up!

I don’t think they’re saying to stop… I think a lot of women are tired of fighting.  We’re tired of having to defend our value (yes, I am a girl; this doesn’t make me worthless!), and then being told we are even less valuable because we do so.  It’s frustrating.  It’s sad.  I think, more than anything, the comic writer was trying to show how defeated she feels, and how discouraging all this is.  And so.  *hugs*, comic writer.  We feel you.   We understand.
